      - startup culture - unlimited vacation - profitable SaaS company (how many can claim that?) - employee stock purchase program

      - working out of home office, you lose the water cooler chit-chat - need better on-the-job training

      Pros

      One of the more challenging environments that I've worked in. I'm always working with the latest technologies, with some very smart people. I'd say the best thing is the yearly Hackathon where, for a week, we get to work on whatever we want. They are also respectful of work/life balance. I'd say I'm working with the best people I've ever worked with. I've been trying to get some people to leave their jobs to come here for a while.

      Cons

      The subject matter of "Supply Chain" is not the sexiest topic to discuss when people ask me what I do. Also, I have to walk two floors to get the free pop.

      Pros

      "Learn, laugh and share" is Kinaxis motto and working here proves it. I've been constantly learning new things since my arrival and it is a warm and welcoming environment. Development is very challenging but you will take a good experience out of it.

      Cons

      Located in Kanata, it is quite a drive
