      Pros

      Amazing team, collaboration at its best. We solve the most complex problems. Lots of perks, including flexible vacation starting in 2016. Great place to learn from one of the best engineers in the world. Competing (and winning) with the big software companies like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft.

      Cons

      Work at times is hectic, but rewarding. Priorities might change, but we are in high-tech so it is expected.

      Pros

      The company is growing and changing constantly, and at an impressive pace. This means there are always new opportunities to take on, new people to meet, and new challenges to face. It is an exciting time to be here. This is the place to be if you are a person who can look beyond the day to day tasks, and take on a larger role. Also a very friendly, social, and collaborative workshop. We have a lot of internal events to lighten the mood and break up the workday. Upper management invests well in allowing for self-development and exploratory work.

      Cons

      Not the best place to be if you just want to punch a clock.

      great benefits, compensation above average, unlimited vacation starting in 2016, lots of perks (free parking, free snacks, movie days, BBQs in summer, company events), 40h work week, very interesting product and work, lots of creative people, management has open door policy, everyone is appreciated

      Cons

      located in Kanata, growing very fast, may get too crowded soon
