      Pros

      Product is solid but not the best in the marketplace. Customers love the product and it does work Treated the right way when you travel - don’t have to take multiple flights or stay at dumpy hotels The hiring process is outstanding Training is top notch

      Cons

      1. Don’t understand global. Every decision is made out of Ottawa 2. All product decisions are out of Ottawa which is why the product is good but not great 3. Passive aggressive culture 4. They don’t want to change even though they say they do

      Pros

      The employees are great to work with. Good benefits (Last friday of the month off). Unlimited vacation (kinda). Good product.

      Cons

      The salary is not competitive with the market. Management seems to be going downhill. New employee training is pretty bad and you see a lot of newbies struggling.

      Pros

      Good Culture, decent benefits (insurance/401k/etc). usually good work/life balance- can get a bit crazy depending on what part of the org you work for/client you're working for. We get the last friday of every month off - awesome benefit.

      Cons

      Almost no performance management - you dont get much feedback on whether or not you're performing well.
