      - Time off: K Days (last Friday of the month off), flexible vacation, winter recess (last week of December off) - Development: company encourages you to learn, with a development budget - Nice HQ: brand new building with many amenities - Interesting work: my work has purpose

      Cons

      It's not perfect, but no company is. I can't think of too many cons.

      Pros

      Very collaborative environment, fast paced and you will get exposure to different industries. Upper and middle management encourage growth and offer opportunities. Team spirit is high and overall a great place to work with. Unlimited vacation and K days are something all companies should do - Good standard according to me

      Cloud is a mess

      Excellent benefits and uncapped annual leave + flexible working

      Cons

      The cloud strategy is in disarray, automation falls short of industry standards, and the migration to the cloud has exacerbated numerous issues with limited success. Management lacks familiarity with cloud best practices and possesses minimal to no knowledge of public cloud services. In the event of issues, blame is often unfairly directed at the engineers rather than at the managers, who lack cloud expertise. For individuals seeking to advance their careers in cloud technology, this environment is not conducive. Many team members refrain from voicing their concerns and are merely collecting their paychecks each month.
