Pros
An excellent working environment that promotes collaboration. A lot of opportunities to grow within the organization. High level of transparency from Management. You are usually kept in the loop about changes that will affect the organization as a whole.
Cons
The gym is not the best if you are big on working out in the office. There is no Cafeteria in the building so if you didn't pack a lunch, you will most likely have to leave the building or use one of the vending machines.
