      Pros

      The culture of Kinaxis is amazing. They value their employees and give good perks and benefits. People are down to earth and open to suggestions

      Cons

      People leave Kinaxis because Kinaxis can't offer the same salaries that other companies are offering. They should do a better job retaining people and give more raises for high potential employees.

      Awesome culture with lots of perks for employees, games rooms, on site gym, refreshments and snacks. Excellent internal employee training programs for career progression Competitive salaries and great benefits Work with very smart and talented people. Mutual respect at all levels Work life balance

      Haven't experienced any yet!... Lots of change over the past year but looking forward to the new direction & values of our CEO!

      Challenging work. Excellent benefits. Good pay. They make the office atmosphere a fun place to work.

      Communication with management could improve. More regular one-on-one meeting with managers would probably mean project objectives are met.
