      In my experience, the positive aspects I've observed within the Machine Learning branch are reflective of the company as a whole. The culture here is truly commendable, characterized by a lack of politics and a strong sense of unity. Everyone works collaboratively, striving for the collective success of the team. Importantly, technical decisions are made by those with the relevant expertise, rather than being dictated by management. This approach fosters an environment of trust and respect, where each team member's contributions are valued.
