      Great company with great product was looking a bit complacent but new CEO seems to be shaking things up in a good way.

      Pros

      Great Product (definately the best in the market) & Inspiring Colleagues. New CEO reinvigorating the organisation and has catalysed an inspiring vision for how the organisation will evolve and continue to lead the market. Generally reasonable work life balance (mainly WFH and every 3rd Friday off as k-day).

      Cons

      Arrival of new CEO was overdue so some of the needed structural reforms are overdue. CFO left shortly after CEO finally arrived so that might delay reforms further. Historically Ottawa-centric organisation adapting to being global. Weird culture of disappearing people from the organisation without any announcement on departure. Opportunities for development and career paths are not really managed.
