We're in an exciting growth phase and that inevitably comes with change, but we are proud that most of our employees feel they are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In our 2022 Engagement Survey, we learned that 96% of employees feel they are an accepted member of their team, 95% say their manager treats them with respect, and 89% would recommend Kinaxis to a friend. We're confident that #PeopleMatterHere is much more than a catchphrase.
