Pros

- Great work culture - They take care of people. Key value is "Peoplematterhere" - Renowned software in demand across the world - Strong software platform

Cons

- In some cases underutilized people (on one side there is a huge requirements of key skillsets, there are people in other departments with that skillset that are languishing) - Internal employees are not treated at part with external candidates during salary negotiations for a new role

Wonderful well-selected people. Good compensation, well-trained managers.

Cons

The company was definitely post IPO and might have lacked some energy but it was still a wonderful place.
