Great work atmosphere. Great people. Challenging work. Ability to move around the company if you show interest.
Cons
Flexible vacation can work against you if you have a manager who believes you only deserve the minimum amount. When new upper-level management gets hired, it almost always shakes up the organization. This happens frequently and you will see organizational restructuring every year or two.
