      Great team, Amazing culture

      Kinaxis gets that people are core to its success. Every time I meet the CEO, he emphasizes that taking care of people is primary. Trust and respect prevail throughout. We work hard, we have fun, we innovate.

      Cons

      Kinaxis is out growing its small company roots. Scale is our biggest challenge.
