      Pros

      Working in Kinaxis is super fun, people are very friendly and supportive. The work culture is amazing. The process is extremely organized and flexible at the same time. The ease with which the teams carry out complex work is incredible and inspiring. I could not be more thankful to be a part of such fast growing and amazing company.

      Some things are bit complex to understand but with very supportive people it definitely gets easy deal with

      People here are all friendly, self motivated. A very good place to wor! There are a lot of learning event for you to attend.

      Pros

      -Have been working for more than 4 years -Dedicated people, they treat the team with respect and value feedback. Have the opportunity to influence and drive if you choose to. -Fun, interesting work. Great employees

      Cons

      -I believe they do not compliment the employers contributions with proper pay revision. -People in QA are under paid here and I am no exception, despite having excellent performance review they avoid the discussion of pay revision and for some people it never happens. Leaving it to your imagination on how awkward those conversations could be when the answer is No from your manager with out a proper reason. - They tried different ways to do the individuals performance review, not sure what they use it for if not the pay revision or perks? - Few managers (well there are a lot of managers) are concerned about organizing non work related activities than actually taking care of the team. There is a very good HR team, would be great if they let them do those activities.
