Pros

The families and children. Co-workers (fellow RBTs were amazing).

Cons

Not diverse in upper management. Very unorganized and a lot of micromanaging. The pay is not worth the amount of burnout you eventually experience. Pride themselves on providing student supervision hours but rarely had a teaching moment. Very superficial and sweep issues under the carpet.

management is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is very positive and will help you in any way possible.

Cons

a lot of driving, only paid for driving over 30 minutes.
