Pros

Little kids, although you could make more as a nanny and have more fun. The lesson plans would work if there was enough support. It's not KinderCare's fault- the early education system for daycare needs to be reformed, the teacher-student ratios are not realistic.

Cons

Almost everything. The pay isn't great, the teachers are overloaded. The profit margin clearly comes first with these people and not the kids.

The hours and benefits are good.

Cons

The pay is horrible! Most people only make 8.00 an hour and when they are making 200 a kid, it makes you wonder where the money is going.
