Pros

Kindering has a powerful mission to serve children of diverse abilities and their families by providing high quality education and therapies in a supported caring environment. The staff are hard-working dedicated professionals who care deeply about children reaching their fullest potential, and value parents and other caregivers as key team members. Kindering also cares about the broader community and finds ways to inform, advocate, and teach others. Kindering has competitive wages as compared to similar organizations, offers excellent flexibility and time off, health benefits paid in full for the employee, offers a match for retirement, and has caring managers. They have a mentoring program for new staff and a supportive environment.

Cons

Kindering is always striving to do the best for children, families, and staff so there is always something exciting and new. The most successful staff members are those who enjoy growing and learning.
