      - Really kind people who care a lot about the children and families that come to Kindering - Felt appreciated by the staff - Management was flexible with schedule/vacation as long as it was communicated beforehand - Building, office, break room were all clean and inviting

      Cons

      - Advancement may be difficult (depending on the need of the organization) - Some days, there were a lot of work and not enough time to finish
