Pros

-SUPER flexible hours! If for any reason I had to flex my time, my manager was super easy to work with. -AMAZING company values! There is a strong push to move towards autism acceptance and using neurodiverse affirming language and practices (e.g., saying "characteristics" instead of "red flags"). -GREAT experience working directly undering a special educator, occupational therapist, and speech therapist!

Cons

The pay was a little low compared to what paraeducators make in the local school districts.

stingy compensation for travel, low pay, top management says they are open to change but when trying to advocate for a change they were very rigid
