questionable ethical practices No adherence to policy and procedures No accountability between disciplines No support between disciplines Horrible benefits and below average pay Awful physical environment Ridiculous patient care practices and questionable outcomes Money driven to the exclusion of all else including laws, ethics, and best practice.
