      great experience, great benefits, wonderful team mates, room for growth professionally and always encouraged to learn, many great experiences here

      not as organized as it should be alot of staff changes, employees not always heard and sometimes work short staffed

      Pros

      It was one of the best hospitals to work at, it is family oriented, and employees support each other, each employee takes ownership of their jobs at the hospital, it really makes a difference when you see employees working together for the benefit of the patient. Senior management really listens to employees feedback.

      Cons

      professional growth and professional development can be limited. (not always the case). Also, senior level management is already doing this, but they need to invest more back into the hospital and to the employees.
