Job safety. Comparatively less work pressure .

Cons

Too much of favoritism. Hard to grow unless you’re your bosses favorite. No value for knowledge or hard work. Best place to work survey is completely not true. People try to play safe.

It's a non-profit organization that really focuses on the community and gives back when they can. The hours are also flexible if you are a student or have a second job.

Cons

The pay, yearly bonus and quarterly incentive can do a little better. Some systems are a little outdated and but their slowly making upgrades.
