Favoritism has become ridiculous. Promotions are no longer based on job performance, work ethic, or leadership — they’re based on who you know. It’s sad and disappointing to see Kinecta come to this. Employees who work hard and consistently deliver results deserve equal opportunity and recognition, not to be overlooked because they aren’t part of the “right” circle.

Great culture and welcoming culture. Ops Center is amazing! Employees and management really try to look out for each other.

Cons

The company is showing signs of struggle and has become increasingly sales-driven rather than member-focused. Work-life balance is declining, with frequent calls and after-hours expectations, especially on Saturdays (calls can go until 3:30 p.m.). New Senior retail leadership places heavy sales pressure with extremely high goals and minimal incentives. Systems and tools are outdated, and employees are expected to handle significantly more responsibilities compared to similar roles at other institutions—often for less pay. Additionally there is no sick time or paid sick leave policy in place.
