They never want to teach you more. Thankfully I had previous banking experience but not with a Credit Union. No matter how long you are there or if you ask to learn more they will not teach you. It's like they feel as though you're going to take their job. I took the job with them knowing I was also a server at BJ's and I was part time. I told my manager that I needed to be off work by 3:30 3 days a week. I was denied that but I was also part-time working only 25 hours a week.

The hours are great M-F 8:00 to 4:30 or 8:30 to 5:00

Cons

The goals are next to impossible sense your foot traffic is seen about 80% of the same members (customers) on a daily basis. You are expected to almost be cold calling the members the majority of the time to make these goals, and management think it is your fault when your contact rate is low.
