The work/life balance is great!

Reasonable hours allow for a good work/life balance, good location right off the 405 freeway, nice people to work with, and dynamic work.

Cons

Minimal room for growth, slow moving to make decisions, very bureaucratic, not particularly stable, significant turnover over the past few years.

Pros

The associates are great to work with and their benefits are great. They also have flexible work schedules and they pay well. The banking side is better than the loan side.

Cons

Lending operations are struggling and unstable. Management doesn't seem to be really be interested in the staff. Make loans and cutting costs are their focus and nothing else matters. I don't think that top management really knows what is going on.
