Wonderful space for individuals interested in finance. Also a great place for those wanting to start a banking career. It's a less aggressive sales approach as it's member owned so it's night and day difference from major retail banks. My last year was 2014

Cons

While I worked there the management was mid transition. Typically they tend to lean towards candidates with prior experience but not all of the time. Some of the daily processes were dated and old school.
