- Work-life balance is a battle if you focus too much on professional success.
- Project management tools are not integrated. As a consultant company, it should have a well-developed documentation management process. It clearly lacks that. Also, schedule, project updates, costing, etc. uses different tools which don't talk to each other. Thus, requires another platform to manage the information integration.
- Recent employee turnover rate seems higher.
