Pros

Great benefit program including health-dental-vision coverage 100% for employee and spouse (no premiums).

Cons

Management is extremely narrow minded; does not accommodate true diversity. Method for dealing with employees they do not like is to make their life so intolerable that they quit. Training is inadequate.

benefits are good and if you can get hired--you are in no matter how your performance is

lead you on to believe you will be promoted, only to find out you were a pawn in their hiring game (they already had a winner picked- just went through the motions due to government entity)
