Pros

Pay is pretty good, benefits are amazing, work is not heavy load at all, county work for sure

Cons

Union crap to deal with, the old timers dont want to work, and everything is about senority, no matter how lazy you are, you just have to pull the race card, or some other life style choice and bam you got it made to do nothing all day, its really sad that people take advantage of this kind of policy
