Pros

Excellent salary for the work; excellent benefits

Cons

Friends get promoted; others do not get opportunities. More cronyism than all the years working in the private sector.

Pros

Awesome Benefits, and great company culture in the sense of ideology they promote.

Cons

Individual Supervisors can be very different from person to person and some not well versed in company goals and methods of achieving them therefore not promoting or even hurting their initiatives.

Pros

The County has tons of different positions, so you could stay here for years and have a wide range of career opportunities. Executive Constantine has a really meaningful agenda, and there are jobs within the County to back up all of these agendas. Great benefits - the healthcare is probably the best in the region.

Cons

Managers are not incentivized to grow their staff - if you want to grow within the County you have to leave your position for a different one. Most managers are not great with growing their staff.
