Pros

Few pros if you come in as a senior attorney. If you are junior, you may benefit from some of the training opportunites.

Cons

Lots of turnover, 50% of new hires within 4-6 years. Unfortunately, those who leave are the best and most motivated, which allows the mediocre to promote into management positions.

Pros

Benefits were good but now moving to more employee paid, but still pretty good Most of the employees are good people trying to do the right thing
