Pros

Amazing parks, programs, and services. Potential for both deep and broad impact on communities

Cons

New management / leadership shies away from transparency and accountability to frontline staff and communities. Recent changes in management have led to significant changes in staff roles and ability to shape their own work. High turnover of frontline staff as a result. Staff being assigned work that's outside their position, and/or being made to act as puppets. Management seems to care more about appearance of performance, community involvement, and equity rather than actually facing tough truths about how the organization is working.
