High productivity which could hinder effective processes. Some people have been with KC for a long time and do not accept change well - even if a change could benefit a current process for sustainable outcomes.

Great place to work with lots of opportunities for change or advancement. Great benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Management does not support the drivers as much as they should. Drivers experience a lot, dealing with the public on a daily basis. Could have a better retirement package by including medical for it's retired drivers.

Overworked - Often it seems like everything is a priority and the work needs to be done immediately. Work/Life Balance - Not very flexible with remote work options or flex time
