Friendly colleagues, where people want to make a genuine difference. Ample benefits, the company really does care about making staff feel like they're cared for. Social club events almost every two to three weeks, and all done with high levels of quality and sincerity.

Cons

I can't see any worth mentioning that are outside the norm of a workplace in general.
