      Pros

      To gain more experience not only your job role but this business running variously not only duty free retail shop at all Thailand airport but also run business in sport, Social Support Foundation etc.

      Cons

      This business is a concession business for long-term contracts on the other side. The culture of this business does not emphasise business competition, which affects the organisational culture and the working style of people who are not enthusiastic, which affects their adjustment to work quite a lot.
