Carefully crafted team atmosphere. Excellent new training program. If you have a positive attitude and like a collaborative work environment you will be happy here. If you are a negative person, or don't work well with others. Have a problem adhering to SOPs and not flexible to changes this isn't the place for you. This place seems to actually care for their employees and give you every opportunity to improve. You will actually have to work and do your job, this isn't a place where you can get away with doing the bare minimum very long. The people who struggle here are the ones who can't stay on task and be organized with their work load. The leadership is primarily women, they are fair and skilled at their jobs.
