      Pros

      Good company which appreciates your abilities and recognises the same. They have a flat organisational structure and an operational flexibility which goes into making it a market leader in its sector.

      Cons

      They would have to broaden their international reach. In future most markets are going to be borderless .Require more emphasis on developing new products & products in sync with local markets.

      Zero organisation, too many managers. They left new employee without support or training , with 100 % of expectations.
