Pros

Co-workers and people are generally very nice.

Cons

Upper management is messy and very contradicting, and the politics and drama seem to trickle down. Creates a work place where people are afraid to speak up and just bicker amongst themselves instead of managers despite the open door policy.

Zero Support Zero Communication Loads are rarely accurate often missing product, damaged or wrong products altogether. Running with old worn out trucks. All management is new and clueless. They don't even know how to run a route, get new customers or upsell. Place is a complete joke. Always asking you to do extra things and not be compensated for it even tho you're on commission.
