Pros

Kitchen Kettle has an incredible workplace culture. Our vision is Spreading Happiness and as employees that's our job everyday. We have an awesome team that really cares about and supports each other. Things are fast-paced and we're always busy, but we have a lot of fun and the day goes by quickly. Schedules are flexible and there are opportunities to cross-train between shops/departments. It's a great place for a first job, a place to start a career or a fun place to work after retirement. There's something for everyone!

Cons

While not a "con", the pace here is fast and you'll need to hustle when it gets busy!
