Pros

Make no mistake, this is a great team. Perfect mix of biotech speed and change with the backing and muscle of a great biopharma. Good managers who are relaxed and performance oriented. Good at saying thank you and appreciation. Also great benefits!

Cons

Lots of change, we all pull together well, but can be unsettling for some.
