      Benefits Work Schedule Employee Amenities (i.e. snacks, coffee, etc.)

      Cons

      - Reactive management; wait till something breaks or someone gets hurt before doing something about it. - Compliance is questionable from an operation excellence standpoint. - Management is extremely slow when it comes to implementation of technical operations. - Tension between day and swing shift. - Lack of communication/transparency between day shift.

      Benefits are good Free snacks/coffee

      Cons

      -Terrible schedules (they have a lottery system that determines what shift you'll -work) -No room for growth -Demeaning training staff -Pay is much lower compared to other biopharma manufacturing sites -Last minute emails to come in early -Managers/supervisors will grab you to come do menial tasks such as going to listen to a speaker to make it appear as though there are bigger audiences -Unprofessional environment, people constantly cursing, playing office politics, vengeful, lots of talking down to. -Overall a terrible place to work
