      Pros

      Kite is a young company which gives a lot of possibilities. The atmosphere amongst colleagues from all departments is great and I feel like management actually listens to suggestions. Salaries and benefits are great and I enjoy working on a product that I support.

      Cons

      It's still a young company so some things are not going fluently yet, especially now that we are growing so fast.
