      Pros

      In my experience, the people and culture at this company are great, lots of collaboration and development oportunities.

      Cons

      As this Kite continues to grow out of it's start up phase and Gilead takes more control, theres been less flexibility and a bit more dim culture. Budget cuts and layoff recently have been bad for company morale.

      Pros

      Great company and culture. I have worked in QC for 5 years now, and there is never a day where I stop learning. I have grown a lot in this company and believe it provides many learning opportunities when it comes to the cell therapy industry, Great motivator is the purpose behind the work we do - which is to fight and potentially cure cancer.

      Lots of competition amongst individuals to move up in position,
