-Woke DEI policies. They train people to favor “diverse candidates” instead of focusing on merit and results.
-Leadership, which they don’t act like leaders, has progressively gotten worse over time.
-Unqualified leadership. Many don’t have any background in the function they manage prior to assuming their current role. Others are hired, probably to meet DEI quotas, but have no experience at companies with real products or revenue.
-Leadership that is clearly self serving based on their actions. Not here for the patient.
-Go along to get along culture. We’re told speaking up is encouraged but in reality dissenting opinions are punished.
-Favoritism and formation of high school-ish social clicks is rampant. If you’re not part of the “in crowd” or liked by the site head then good luck getting any opportunities.
-“Leadership”/SLT that sabotages you behind your back.
-Biased end of year review process.
-Leadership will set up no-win situations for employees they don’t like in order to manipulate HR processes intended to protect employees.
-Avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the gamble.
-I go to work every day hoping for the best and maintaining professionalism with my interactions but am always quickly reminded of how much disdain leadership has for me even though they barely talk to me and never make any effort to interact. I’m not sure what I’ve done to these people or how I can fix it. I’m never given any guidance. I’m just made to feel like a piece of trash every day. This place has sucked the life out of me.
