Really poor senior management attitudes Senior Management does not inculcate team spirit or a good company culture - actually the cause of people leaving the origanisation

Pros

Good job dependant on educational background, Can plan your day-to-day schedule completely free. If you have a high school diploma and some experience within the industry such as welding, lifts and pressure vessels then it's a great opportunity.

Cons

A bachelors degree or equivalent makes you over qualified. Risk of being bored at work. Decent boss, bad team leader. Somewhat toxic environment. Job description says you need to be educated but noone in the whole office has more than a high school diploma.

Perks are quite good, extra holidays for length of service

Cons

Lower/mid levels underpaid with too much work No promotion/personal development options HR no help at all, and seem to be promoted and do what they want
