Clean work environment, except the bathrooms.

Cons

Managers don't appreciate the employees that work hard to make quality products and maintain the equipment. Instead they cater to the whiney, time wasting, lazy, attendance abusers, because they don't want to lose them(?). The reputation KTP holds in the community is not helping to attract good employees.
