Klein Tools Machine Operator reviews

I was hired as a machine operator, on my first day they told i would have to start as an assembler. I was told that I would be on the machine after one week of assembling, a week later they told me it would be a few more weeks before i would be allowed on the machine. Thats when i decided to leave. Plus the area and machine they put me in was not what they showed me when I went to interview.

It's a none Union company. It doesn't have accumulative sick time nor does it have personal time. Not very good at communicating changes within the company and doesn't train employees very well. They also don't put in any effort into sponsoring from within to personally grow their employees.
