      Must be passionate and love your job or you’re not going to keep up. If you just want a 9-5, it’s not for you.

      - Coworkers are all really nice, often willing to help and very friendly people to work with. - Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      - Klein does not have the facilities and resources on site to expand the way they've attempted too, making completing your work slow and difficult. - A lot of young and inexperienced management has been a big downside. - Projects are disorganized and lots of meetings are had, but little gets done. - Managers are always getting held up in meetings more important than yours, treating your time as less valuable than theirs.
