If you are lucky enough to get on a team with a good manager, the job will be fine.

Cons

If you happen to get on a team with a manager with no leadership ability, poor communication skills and with an attitude of only making themselves shine... then you are doomed, because HR will never have your back. In the even that anything happens, HR will do zero research to verify any allegations being made against you or the situation. In the end, you are just another number, and are treated as such.
