Not enough pay, not enough help, worst communication and constantly moving priorities around. No room to grow.

Cons

Too much work needing to be done and upper management would not hire more people to cover it. Incompetent engineers forces drafters and designers to do extra work to fix their mistakes and follow protocols.

Highly disorganized place , Very incompetent management. Nepotism & Favoritism is rampant . It is standard practice for people in management to bring their own family and assign them higher positions.
