This company has a proven successful track record and is strategically investing to continue some very accelerated growth. Team members are respected, appreciated, and expected to deliver at a high level.

Cons

Organizationally, some speed bumps associated with rapid growth, process changes, and knowing where and how to scale things up. Normal for such a fast growth situation, but a learning curve, nonetheless.
